Finally, some sanity about breast cancer!

Posted by Walt Stoll on September 28, 2002 at 07:08:50:

Friends,

You might look into the national group, "Prevention First", who are pushing a change in paradigm about breast cancer towards prevention.

They point out that now, 30 years after Nixon's declaration of a "War on Cancer", the options anyone has when faced with the diagnosis are just more of the same that was available way back then. They have lots of information about what is now known, or suspected, that would prevent most cases. They are pushing for research to put more money into studying this approach rather than the billions still being put into more treatment (a dead-end approach if I ever saw one).

Since there are no "big bucks" at the end of that rainbow, the PTB will surely continue to fight that approach. Only the suffering victims can profit by that approach so it will take massive support by the public to get this changed. This website is helping to do that. We all need to notify people that this organization exists so it can get as much support as possible.

Contact Barbara Brenner, Executive Director, Breast Cancer Action, 55 New Montgomery Street #323, San Francisco, CA 94105 for information.

Pam. I could not figure hyow to put this on your website so I only put it on Lany's.

Namaste`

Walt

Dr. Stoll:

Thank you so much for this information! Especially since Breast Cancer Awareness Month is coming up in October.

You know that the cancer establishment is going to be out hounding people for free money. They are going to say that they need research money.

Research for what??? That started in 1971 with President Nixon. I was alive and well in 1971. Now I'm crippled by breast cancer surgery that was suppose to save my life in 1997! :(

We have to talk about prevention; about natural hormones; about the benefits of flaxseed, olive leaf extract, and ellagic acid; about how sugar feeds cancer; about having an alkaline body; and about the link between fungus and cancer!

We need to talk about the dangers of mammograms and how they smash the breast in between 2 plates and radiate them; about biopsies and how they can damage the body; about how chemo and radiation are carcinogenic; about how Tamoxifen causes cancer of the uterus; and about how countless women are disabled all over the world by breast reconstructions.

Mostly, we need to offer ALTERNATIVES to this insanity!

The BAAR Newsletter talks about these things. If anyone one is interested, here is the address:

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/BreastAugmentationAndReconstruction/

It is a public newsletter dedicated to exposing the dangers of breast augmentation and reconstruction. It addresses health problems associated with breast implants and tissue flap reconstructions.

Members receive a daily digest and access to the archives. Only moderators post, due to the controversial subject, but members may send their articles to moderators for posting.

This is a very progressive newsletter for women's breast health. I think it is ahead of its time.

Thanks,
Pam
