It's on Dr. Koop's website (former U.S. Surgeon General)

On the home page of www.drkoop.com, scroll down to Health Highlights, you'll see the headline

As Jay Leno quipped "if masturbation prevented prostate cancer, there would be no prostrate cancer".

Of course, orgasm is good for one's health, but is there a way one can avoid the "drain" of energy after an orgasm. Or maybe its because I have several in a row. But its hard to stop at just one!lol
Its fine if you do it right before bed, but most of the time when I crawl into bed, I am too exhausted to think about it.
Is there anything that can be done about this? I have asked before and never really got an answer. Or is it just part of the "you play, you pay," syndrome? :)
