Us southerner's just love our ice tea, house wine of the south they say, I just happen to make mine with green tea because of the known benefits and it's delicious and refreshing as well;)

Do you notice any improvements after you drink it?
I do, and my sister does also. Increased concentration, and energy lift. When I am feeling fatigued, if I cant rest at the time, i will drink a cup of strong green tea, and that gives me energy.
I love the stuff!

Yep, but not nearly as much as coffee or regular black tea, which allows me to consume it. I love the stuff!

the one that I drink from time to time is Madura ,and it contains 3% caffeine.
I cant always get the one without caffeine.
And yeah, Joanie, I love it too! How easy it is to get a buzz just from drinking tea. Bring it on!!! :)

I sure do, that's why I drink so much of it, mind you it's probably not as strong as your one cup but I sure do get my recommended 8 glasses of water per day plus the added benefits that green tea has to offer and with that twist of lemon...well, what can I say! I'm still trying to figure out the article on herbal tea from curious..what herb are they talking about? It all sounds greek to me:)

heh heh. I agree, buzz. I just got through reading it, and the article was just a tad too technical for me. The gist of it was that green tea lowers the rate of bladder cancer. To break it down in simple mans terms; Green tea is the Bomb! lol!
