Hi, Matthew.

The purpose of the lymph nodes is to filter stuff like cancer cells out BEFORE they can get into the blood. Some types of cancer more quickly get through the nodes than others.

Your friend's best bet would be to proceed as though it has already spread throughout the body and do something like Macrobiotics perfectly and at once.

Hi Walt,
My CTS is under the care of a hand specialist, after a neurologist EMG mild version. The specialist said no need for surgery at this time/I recieved an injection into the tunnel area hopefully to relieve symptoms & rest with splint at night.
I wished for a doctor who would be open to the conservative approach.
The only negative aspect was my question on vitamins the B 100's with the mag plus at least 200mgs of B6 his response was take them if it makes you feel better/I explained the benefits but said he had never seen actual proof from a patient to substantiate that fact.
I'm 51 & in relatively good shape. Also had gone on a low carb.high protein diet/ no sugar dropped 30 lbs. in 7 mos. never felt better until this hand pain began 8 wks. I have researched several sites on carpal tunnel syn. most saying the same/I though am open minded to alternatives therapies & believe strongly in supplementation regardless of negative reactions.
I'm hopeful of this being the beginning & end of it/I don't do well with thought of surgery.
Please send along hope with the vitamin therapy or some explanation.
Thankyou, Helen

Hi, Helen.

Only the dinosaurs of the conventional medical paradigm still say that there is no research showing the effectiveness of B6 and Magnesium for carpal tunnel. He might spend some time in the medical library before saying something like that.

I have found that alone to help most people but everyone does better by combining that with the regular practice of SR.

Anyone who wants to see dramatic results quickly can do so with Rolfing. I will bet that your doc will say that he knows of no "research" for this either. Those who have tried it would laugh at that statement.
