I found something that acutually rids Canker Sores!

Like many of the other posters here, I, too, have suffered for years with canker sores. I have been to every specialist and tried every remedy without any relief. Every doctor could tell me that my apthous ulcers were caused by stress but couldn't tell me how to relieve the pain.

Tonya,
Twenty years ago I found out about a way to treat canker sore in the mouth.
Cauterize them using a silver nitrate stick.

Cautery works. This is the basic way that the glyoxide works only without the danger of touching healthy tissue with a silver nitrate stick.

I assume that you are still getting them. You will need to heed the LGS warning that they are before something more serious happens from that. See the LGS archives.

I agree with you in that zapping the canker sores with silver nitrate sticks helps, but at times, I have has so many which were unreachable.

some people use cayenne pepper or candy made from it for
canker sores from chemo or radiation.
