Dr. Stoll,
I read your book, loved it and will no doubt read it again and refer to it many times. I'm trying some of your suggestions, but I'm a little bit lost. I'd started taking vitamins, minerals and some extra cal/mag (aspartate) for tachycardia/palpitations many months ago. That helped a lot, but I still seemed to have maybe 2 PVCs or little thumps a day. SO, now I'm doing SR, and I'd like to get some magnesium injections and do some biofeedback and get some deep body massages! BUT I can't afford to do it all at once! The SR seems to be helping; my resting pulse is now at about 60 and I just plain feel better. I eat lots of whole foods and walk/jog about 30 minutes a day. What do you or anybody else feels is most important at this point - the biofeedback, massage or mag shots? Or do I really need to do the whole shebang all at once?

Hi, Kathy.
The SR is likely the most important thing. Making sure that it is actually producing the "relaxation response" is probably the most important thing to be sure that it will do its thing. Once you are sure about THAT. the password is PATIENCE.
If you are not totally normal within 6 months of doing that correctly. I would do the magnesium next.
Let us know how you do. You already know you are on the right track because of how much better you are.
