For several years I have had benign PVC's. All the tests have proved negative and they put me on Atenolol, which controls them well but causes fatigue. Any natural remedies I could try? I know I can't just stop the drug, so how would I know the natural remedy was working?

Magnesium These are the three types of magnesium that are the best. Magnesium glycinate,
Magnesium aspartate,
Magnesium orotate
I had PVC's for eight years,I found Dr. Stolls web site in Janurary of this year Dr. Stoll told me about the magnesium I got on it a few days later I started felling the difference at about day five they just quit and I have not had one since. Plus I started doing the SR (Skilled Relaxation) along with the Magnesium. That is just as important.

--it worked for my husband. He was under a lot of stress, started getting PVC's, and was very worried. I had him take magnesium glycinate, which I was already taking, having learned about it on this site. He was amazed that the PVC's stopped, and as long as he takes it, they stay away.

Hi, Lia.
Listen to Charity and to Jen B.
The magnesium and the SR actually addresses the causes of the PVCs whereas the Atenolol only puts tape over the warning light--while it adds the side effects to the problem.
The simplistic allopathic paradigm at work! Let us know how you do. That is the only way others can be spared this treatment travesty.
