PVC

Within the last month I have developed fairly severe PVC which my doctor blew off, even though I was short of breath and uncomfortable. Just surfing the net I decided to try magnesium, which has helped tremendously, and I have just switched to the chelated types. The thing that got me to try it was an article on the emergency room use to halt severe palpitations.

My question is, apart from that and stress reduction is there anything else that I can try? I can't believe the doctor was so cavalier about it. I've worked to eliminate caffeine as well.

Thanks, Chris C.!

You have just made my day!

It is wonderful to finally see a sign up on the wall in an emergency room about magnesium to stop cardiac dysrrhythmias! I have been teaching this for more than 20 years!

The symptoms you are describing are from storage of stress-effect in the hypothalamus and NOT from the PVCs!

Dealing with the stress-effect, along with the magnesium, will help you in more ways than PVCs.

Let us know what you learn and how you do.

Walt
