I wrote awhile back (probably a month and a half ago) about arrhythmias that I was having. I took your advice and started on Mg Glycinate and after about 3 weeks, I am almost totally free of them. I still have an occasional blip but 90% better than I was. I am on 800mg a day (400 BID) and feel wonderful. I am an ICU nurse and telling all the cardiologists I can about this. Some roll their eyes and others really listen...you can only do what you can do. Thanks again for your wonderful site.

Thanks, Janet.
The Tolstoy Syndrome is alive and well in your ICU. Unfortunately it is the helpless patient who suffers and not the "all-knowing" clinician.
Now, do not forget the SR. My guess is that in a few years you may start having your cardiac dysrrhythmias again if you do not deal with that aspect as well.
Namaste`
