PVC'S and exercise (another try)

Hi to all members,

First thx for all your replies. Antecedents: 7 years ago I
was diagnosed with "mild" MVP, from time to time I had
panic attacks, cold hands, shortness of breath, fear
sensation, lightheaded sensation, etc. My personal
cardio gave me Atenolol (Plenacor) but the situation
remain the same, then I found this message board and
learn about magnesium suplementation, and now I
take 500 Mg of Mag. gluconate, the symptoms get
better, but didn't disappear. A few days ago, I was
working out (light weight lifting with 15 Kg dumbells),
everything was ok, but after I finished my work out I felt
like my heart stopped for about a second and then
continue, this happen twice in one minute, I was scared
to death, felt like I am going to die suddenly ,after that
everything was back to normal. Now the BIG question is
can I exercise ( I am afraid of exercising) again and
have a normal life??? Thx in advance. Best regards.
JML

PS: I read all the archives about MVP, cardiac
dysrhytmias, brain chemistry etc but the question
remain. Also I had and EKG 1 month ago(normal), and
one echo doppler 4 months ago (mild MVP).

Sorry for my bad english!!

Been there done that, nothing to worry about. The mag will help but, you still need to be working on your skilled relaxation, diet, and overall wellness then, it will be obsolete.

If you aren't absorbing Mg well, 500mg might not be enough. It won't hurt you to take a lot more than that.

Hi, Jose.

Listen to Jon.

I guess I am confused about what your question is. MVP is an ersatz diagnosis and has absolutely nothing to do with how you feel!

Why NOT exercise?

Hi,

My basic question is: PVC's are harmless or a sign of a
serious problem with my heart, can I exercise
normally?? Thx in advance. Best regards.

PS: I hope my question is clear.

Re: PVC'S and exercise (another try) Are they harmless? Archive.

Basically harmless by themselves..

However, they are an indication of low magnesium and stress accumulation in the hypothalamus.

The red warning light on the dashboard of your car is harmless too. However, what it indicates may cost you a lot if it is ignored.
