Hello. Dr when i lay down to go to sleep and my pulse drops real low "Bearly can feel it" all the sudden i have a tremendous surge go all over my body. My pulse drops then go BBBB and then i have this surge. Any ideas? Thanks for your time

Your pulse is SUPPOSED to do this when you lie down. However, the BBBB is not. If you are close to your limits of tolerating "stress-effect", just the worry about your pulse would push you over trhe edge into the early stages of dysautonomia and produce exactly what you are experiencing.
Finally, if you had a low intracellular magnesium, it would be easier for you to worry yourself into having the symptoms you are describing. Go to the archives for this BB & read everything you can find about cardiac dysrrhythmias (most listed under atrial fibrillation as I recall).
