I would like to start by saying a huge thank you Dr Stoll. You're website has been a lifesaver. It has only been since I came across it in the last year I have finally found some relief. I was 16 when I had my first run of Tachycardia. It lasted about 15 minutes. I had no idea what it was and of course by the time I was examined by a doctor of course everything was back to normal. Anyway to make a long story short the episodes continued throughout my life and eventually I developed pvc's (or they were already there)and also some A-fib. The best my cardiologist came up with was 25 milligrams of atenolol. It helped...a little. I am dissapointed in myself for waiting so long to take matters in to my own hands and take responsiblity for my own health but now I have and I won't look back.I am now 41 and take anywhere from 12-1500 mg's of magnesium (citrate, lactate and gluconate) per day. I also take CoQ10,flaxseed oil, B1 complex and cold fx (it's a cold fighter)I am astounded at how much better I feel. You know when you are well sometimes you don't know how good you really feel. I had forgotten what it was like to feel healthy. I still battle with a few pvc's, muscle twitching and but overall the improvement has been unbelievable. I am still considering chelation but it does seem my body is able to absorb and utilize some of what I'm taking. Finally a question.I believe magnesium must first be absorbed into the bloodstream.Secondly it must be able to be utlizied by the body on a cellular level.Correct so far? If so, is there something I can do to help my body utilize what is being absorbed?
Thanks so much
Grace and Peace

Thanks, Jay.

My first suggestion is to never stop learning.

My second is to lose the magnesium citrate in favor of orotate, aspartate or glycinate.

My third is to become an expert in SR and add that to your program while continuing to learn more.

SR SR SR... You have no idea how much that actually helps. I would've never beleived it if I didn't apply myself to it. I use to have a really annoying eye twitch and pvc thumps all the time.I started taking 600mg mag glycinate and that eliminated them about 90%. My eye still twitched from time to time especially after sneezing and occasionally when I kinked my neck funny I would get a pvc thump. I started practicing SR and within 2 months everything stopped. I haven't had a pvc or eye twitch since.
