I read on this site that taking a 100 Balanced B-Complex formula would help with wrist pain/CTS. I bought a GNC B-complex formula with 100 mg of B6 and 100 mg of other vitamins in the formula. It says to take once a day. Is it safe to take twice a day. Will it hurt me?
How long does it take to get results after taking the vitamins?
Thanks

I don't know whether or not it will help, but suffice it to say that the nature of your wrist pains is not a B-vitamin deficiency, so that will never be the answer in the long run.
I would read up on bracing and look into rolfing, acupuncture, etc.

How do you know that he doesn't have a B vitamin deficiency? Beneficial flora in the gut PRODUCE B vitamins; I think that's what my problem was (lack of good gut flora).

B-6 is used in the treatment of carpel tunnel, but you have to take all of the B vitamins together. My fav vitamin book, "Vitamins and Minerals - An Illustrated Guide" by Karen Sullivan says that 100 to 200 mg per day of B-complex is safe; if it were me I would take 100 mg. The B vitamins are water soluble so they are not stored and will not build up in the body.

Hi, Guitarist.
OK to take 2 or even 3. You should start seeing benefits in a month and full benefits in 6 months.

Thanks, Another.
I agree that all of these things are working in concert to cause CTS.
