I am interested in consulting a chiropractor for a problem similar to that described by Claire below (throat tightness). I am confused by the
various submodalities (Network, Nucca, Activator..), and don’t have a clue how to go about finding an
appropriate and competent person in my area. Some chiropractors advertise that they are "gentle" and don’t do
any cracking and popping. This approach would certainly appeal to me, if it were as effective as the more forceful
modalities.
Can you recommend anyone in Austin, TX, or if not, can you give me some direction for my search?
In appreciation,
Irene

I'll see what/who I can find.
Those approaches are as successful as the others so I will keep that in mind.

Here are some names of chiropractors in your area who say that they encorporate low force techniques.
Dr. Cynthia Lara 835-9616
Dr. James Boothe 444-1070
Dr. Joseph Maier 443-2972
Dr. William Shepard 477-6606
I don't personally know any of them and suggest that you give each a call and discuss your case so that you can start off with the person you feel most comfortable.
Best wishes!
