Hi, Walt & Doc Kim
It's going on 10 months since I learned about this board and still keep learning due to the posts and replies.
Believe one of the posts (now deleted) mentioned something about a thyroid test through Chiropractic procedure. I've had this problem with coughing due to a somewhat of a tickle for several years and lately it's been getting much worse. (may imagination started running wild)
Today, I remembered to discuss it with my chiropractor. He advised that he had it for years and was treated by a chiropractor a few years ago in Michigan. Discovered he had a problem requiring iodine and hasn't had it since. hmmmm No, I didn't think to ask him for the name of the chiropractor. He did that testing and found nothing wrong with my throid. (thankfully) Instead did a different type of treatment to allow my lungs to operate more efficiently. I laughed when he said he needed to make one more correction in the circuit breakers.:-) I was still coughing, though I don't have a cold and lungs were clear.
Approximately, one hours later was surprised to realize I no longer had the annoying cough and clearing of my throat. It was getting so bad, I wouldn't go anywhere without my tea tree throat lozengers to stop my little cough.
BTW, I haven't had any problems with my hiatal hernia as I had previous years. If I have any problems, it's minor reflux even though I'm on PPI's day and night. I've progressed to the point that my chiropractor has moved my appointments to every two weeks instead of once every week.:-)
Thanks Again
Namaste'
Paulette
