I have these migranes that do not go away unless I sleep for a very long time..When I Have these migranes I cannot see and sometimes they get so bad I need to puke it makes my stomach hurt and everything. I get dizzy easy and when I have these headaches my face and head both hurt so I am suffering lotz of pain..trust me they hurt so bad I cant stand it. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO!!

This will sound strange, but my daughter has migraines from time to time, and medication of any sort has not helped. We don't even bother any more. My kenesiologist has recommended a McDonald's burger at the onset of the 'vision'
warning. Something about the protein and sugar and fat all
doing their thing. We don't EVER eat this garbage, but it works for her. Also, she rests with a Nikken magnet over her eyes. A slight headache persists for the day, but never for 3 days any longer. I believe the prescription meds is what caused most of the nausea. I also message her head as I was shown. Hpoe you stay away from artificial sweetners!

Britta, what have you tried so far? There are many ways to approach this, and it might be a process of trial and error.

I had migraines for 10 years. No meds worked. I found a chiropractor that treats them and after 20 weeks at the chiro, no more migraines!:)
