I went threw the summer on to summer ball my arm got to the point of tolerableness than when I played football and threw the football my arm was back to form now three weeks iunto baseball I felt something tear or let lose again and now I feel pain all over my elbow, But not as bad as last year when I stuck my arm out it shook uncontrolably. I want to prevent any more damage is there anythin at all I can do to rehab my arm and quick. Or is the answer to give up the game that I so much love to play. Dear Michael,

You need an ergonomic study of your baseball throwing technique. Call your local medical school (or Chiropractic School) and ask them if they have this newly developed clinical device and which physician knows how to use it.

For now, you could re-enter your note with Doc Dave's name in the title to draw his attention.

I will look forward to hearing how you do & what you learn.

Walt
