About two weeks ago, while working in the garden, I managed to wrench my lower back (between hips and waist) on my right side. First, I could feel the nerves on my side starting to hurt then, my stomach muscles on that side really hurt when I moved around. I had a chiropractic adjustment about that time and mentioned it but, no relief from it.
Shortly thereafter, I developed diarreha and gas. Went to my doctor, for a quick exam. Was put on the BRAT diet to calm my bowels and told to come back in a week if I couldn't form a solid stool. Well, it's almost a week later and I'm still having morning diarreha (not much gas) and my stomach muscle still hurts.
Also due for my chiropractic adjustment this evening and don't now if I should keep it.
Any ideas? Pam

Keep the appointment. It's very common that a few adjustments are needed to correct the problem and for you body to "hold" the adjustment. They put it in, you get it out. Etc.
Best of luck.
