This is bad news indeed but I am reducing the vitamins and minerals I take anyway because I am trying to concentrate on eating stuff that is high in nutrients - organic produce. I know it only helps a little but I am hoping the magnesium I take will not be affected much. I dont take huge amounts anyway.
