Dr Stoll
Since initiating more than a year ago some changes in my lifestyle such as SR, exercise and whole food diet, I recently started observing several health benefits:
- The sleep is very regular, insomnia comes back from time to time but only once every 15 days
- Fatigue is much reduced if not almost gone
- Lightheadedness is almost gone
However I have recently become very prone to common cold effects, such as moderate fever, runny nose, cough, headache.
I wonder how some parts of my body improve and function much better than before while others are getting more sensitive to illnesses not experienced before.
Many thanks for your attention.

anasi, If your getting too many colds, take ester-c, as much per day as you can take untill you get the big D, then back off a little..Garlic, echinacea, goldenseal and astragalus are 4 herbs to knock out infection..I like Olive Leaf Extract..Also drink lots of water..Work on building your immune system..Silver Fox!

Thanks, Anasi.
Genetics determines which system will respond fastest and which slowest.
Persist and this, too, shall pass.
