Read your book, and for colds you recomended zinc lozenges. Is there any particular brand of zinc lozenen you recomend as being the best one to purchase? Also I have heard that zinc is suppose to help prevent body order. Any truth to that?

Zinc Gluconate. They tend to draw moisture so only buy enough for that time.
I had not heard about the zinc-stink connection. I would like to hear more. Perhaps someone on the BB will help us both.
Remember, for the colds, the operative work is "lozenge". Swallowing them does no help nearly so much.
