Although there are many causes for chronic constipation, this protocol will resolve the problem in adults as well-- while those causes are being discovered and dealt with. Nothing in this approach can harm anyone and causes no dependency. Once the causes are dealt with, the effective doses of fiber and mineral oil can be gradually reduced to nothing and the problem will not recur.

To get at the causes, any individual will need to put their problem on the Bulletin Board where communication back & forth will get at the causes OR at least tell us what would need to be done to finally pinpoint them.
