stomach burning,bloating,bowels don;t drop down?

Posted by questions on April 25, 2002 at 10:05:30:

I have constipation and feel a fullness in upper abdomen-burning too. I feel my bowels dono;t go to the lower bowel to come out-some do come out but some still there.
Fiber worsens the problem. It is like my stomach is not emptying maybe? veggies-fiber causes stuck ileovalve problems. SOmeone suggested cellulase maybe I am not digesting fibers? Been also have a gnawing in upper gut too. I have been to the doc several times and she just keeps suggesting fiber and I can't do fiber. How do I get bowel to drop down or is it a stomach problem? I can not figure this out and I need too. What can I do? I also feel stressed all the time doing sr no benefits yet. When I do sr stomach gurgles alot. Was wondering about hploria bacteria could this be the problem? Should I try cellulase. Something is wrong and can not get diagnosed. Don;t know what to do. Help please

Questions,

First of all the laws of physics (no pun intended) require that the constipation protocol on the home page about children witholding MUST work if the protocol is folllowed.

Once you have the constipation under control you can start working on the LGS which is behind this whole thing.

Thanks, Guestion.

The more bulk there is in the colon the more leverage is available for the smooth muscle to push things along. The very worst thing this could be in colonic hypotonia (look it up).

However, unless even that condition has reached it's "end- stage", you can still provide enough leverage if you take enough fiber. With this condition, it might take at least 1/2 cup of sugarless metamucil like stuff (Walmart has a much cheaper product patterned exactly after metamucil.) twice a day--EVERY DAY. Put it in a pint jar and after filling it to the rim with water, close the lid and shake vigorously until the stuff is suspended. Chug it immediately. THEN, be sure to drink at least 8-8oz glasses of water every 24 hours.

Let us know how you are doing in a few days.

Walt
