A couple of months ago I emailed to ask for advice on my 4 year childs constipation/ withholding.
A BIG THANKS Bill!! We tried a lot of different doctors and ideas. You were the only one to suggest lactose intolerance. We have cut out most dairy products and our child is mostly regular now.
My question this time is what other kind of foods can we give her that will contain calcium/proteins/minerals that she use to get from the dairy products. She doesn't eat that much anyway.
Thanks again Bill

Craig (Bill?)
Remember that dairy products are among the poorest sources of available calcium.
Your reference librarian can show you a book that shows the mineral content of common foods. What you want to look for is foods that are high in calcium and LOW in phoshorus. Milk is the opposite.
