Trying the Mineral Oil/ Fiber combination REVIEW!

Dr.,

Can we mix the mineral oil with any type of juice to make it easier to swallow. Could there be any harm? Thanks!

Yup, Joyce.

Actually the protocol for easiest taking of MO is in the early archives about this. REVIEW: Keep the MO in the freezer. For a dose of 2 TBS, put it in the blender with 1/4 cup of ice cold fruit juice (I always used orange) and 1/2 tsp baking soda and flash it. Then chug it.

I'm sure this is not recommended, but I always had luck getting down my little one by whipping into some chocolate milk. It seems to stay in suspension in the milk a bit better.
