Dr. Stoll-

We have been trying to close his leaky gut but so far to no avail. He was on glutamine, EPO, amino acids, and oregano oil. The gut fermentation test did come back "essentially normal" so that was good. Now my son is on LOTS of glutamine, licorice root, amino acids, arginine, methionine, DHA, grapefruit seed extract, digestive enzymes, aloe, an omega3/omega6 oil blend, vitamins, and minerals. Thankfully he has learned to swallow pills with applesauce. If all this doesn't work, I don't know what else to do. If I could make him do skilled relaxation I would but I don't know how to get a 5 year old to do it!

Dear Lisa,

Get your library to get yourself a copy of "Meditating with Children" by Deborah Rozman. It was first published by University of the Trees Press in 1975 & updated editions many times at least till 1985 (the copy I have beside me). I am sure that your bookstore could show you what is available in this area. This is the age where skilled relaxation is the easiest expecially if the trusted parent is willing to take the time. Frequently, the trusted parent finds that they learn how to do it at the same time.

Of ALL the things you could do, this is likely the most important in the long run.

Also, sometimes repeated purged stool specimens are needed to find the likely candida & other parasites that have taken advantage of the presence of the lgs.

More questions?

Walt
