Chest Pain..ouch

I have GERD, hiatus hernia, LGS...(working on it all)...my question is this...can this make the chest hurt so bad its hard to take a breath? I have severe left sided chest pain..hurts to breath deap, cant seem to catch my breath unless I yawn, hurts from my left lower shoulder front and back...went to ER for chest Xray..came back fine (at least I dont have lung cancer)...they checked my heart with a stethascope only. It hurt so bad I felt like I have pnemonia..still hurts like hell...can GERD and LGS really hurt this bad?????? Never hurt quite this bad before.
Thanks for your patience with all these GERD questions.
Tammy

Tammy, From my experience with the pains you are describing you probably have what my chiropractor says is a rib out of alignment. It just seems like sometimes you can not get your lungs full of air no matter what you do. The problem with this is chiropractors just seem to miss it the first time. This pain can be temporarly relieved by adjusting L-3,4,and 5 on the spinal cord. In my case stress I believe was my major problem. In my case I was told I had hiatus hernia, but I did not, it was stress and bracing causing my ribs to twist. Thanks Dave

Hi, Tammy.

COSTOCHONDRITIS is caused by bracing (the same thing that caused your LGS, etc.)

THIS discomfort you can almost immediately get rid of with Rolfing or Hellerwork.

Let us know how you do.

Walt
