Hi, Denise.

For the rest of your life if nothing is done about WHY you have it!

In MY experience, unless the support group helps individuals learn abou the causes, and how to get rid of those causes, all they do is help the participants live with their problem.

I'm curious, what have you learned about this "disorder"?

My costo was gone in less than a week of practicing meditation.

I learned exactly what Walt said.....my MD is helping me to practice techniques in order to stop the bracing and some things to help me deal with the discomfort while I am practicing these things. My md said it could last forever, on and off....but it has been known to go away quicker for some people. He mentioned how stress storage can have an effect...so Walt is right on line...

Thanks, Peggy.

Perhaps your testimonial will help those willing to try ANYTHING else rather than this simple solution.
