oy vey tooth issue -teeth people look...

So, I've been proactive and getting little things done per the grinding
etc... (and yes, dealing with that root issue). I had a deep cavity and
they cleaned it and filled and rebuilt the tooth (it was a tooth that had
chipped before) and they said "now let's see your immune system do
it's job, because we medicated but it is up to your body now to not
have an infection as it was close to the nerve"
So should that leave me... SCARED? Watch for abcess?? Yikes.

I'd swish salt water in my mouth many times a day, avoid sweet stuff, and use heat (like a hot water bag) against the area if it gets sore.

I just read this awesome book, called, Cure Tooth Decay by Ramiel Nagel, all about how your diet can even heal your cavities and remineralize your teeth...

(This is not intended to be a slam or insult, so please don't take it that way.) Do not run around scared all the time. THAT will lower your immune system. Have you looked at the brain chemistry archives lately? Counter to what one individual on the board says, there is evidence that you can enhance/change your brain chemistry with supplements (SR is still important, of course). I think you would feel tons better if you got your anxiety under control.

This is NOT a joke. It has been known for years that cavities could be healed but it took something like the 3LS to do it!
