Panic Attacks-Driving

Posted by Danelle Blain on February 24, 1999 at 10:55:26:

Dear Dr. Stoll,

I have been in therapy for anxiety/panic disorder. I have made great progress, but am still having trouble driving. Do you know anything about Dr. Budzynski's tapes for "Overcoming Driving Stress and Fears", or anything about this doctor.

Also, my therapist agrees that massage would help a lot with the tension; unfortunately, the referral has to come from my doctor. I'm having trouble getting the referral. I do have chiropractic coverage. Is there anything a chiropractor can do to help with store stress?

Glad I found this board!
Danelle

Dear Danelle,

Could this be Dr Brudzinski?

ALSO, you really need to look into "Brain Allergies" by William Philpott. MD. You could also get a copy of "Nutrition & the Mind" by Gary Null, PhD.

It is well known that the most common missed cause of panic attacks & depression is the immunological stuff that happens when stuff leaks from the LGS (leaky gut symdrome).

If you only approach this from a structural approach, you will eventually have recurrance no matter what great results you obtain in the beginning.

Since, in the long run, your most effective thing would be the regular practice of SR, all you would need to get that started would be a deep, total-body, therapeutic massage 3 times a week for 2 weeks. That is not an exorbitant expense. Eventually you have to learn that the monetary cost of illness is, BY FAR, the least actual cost. Think about it.

Eventually, people with chronic conditions learn that they are WAY ahead to pay for what works rather than continue allowing their insurance pay for what DOESN'T.

In January of 1993, the NEJM published a research article that showed that, already, there were more visits to alternative healers than there were to practitioners of the conventional medical monopoly-------even though, in most cases, they had to pay for the service out of pocket. That % is even greater today.

Panic attacks are cused by few condition.
One is acidity of the system as result of chemical exposures.
One of the most common is caused by enzyme in the gut
TYRAMINE, which is associated with bacterial activities, and also is contained in aged cheese, bananas, milk, and eggs for example. To controll disorder start with diet, and antibacterial treatment.
Avoid acidity by food or as result of environmental exposures!
