Here's some products that have helped me alot.

I have been searching the alternative field for years for things to help me improve my health. My main visible symtom is eternally clogged sinuses, difficulty hearing and a fungus in my ears.
I'm not trying to sell anything here, just want to share some of my obsevations and what has helped me, although I am by no means symptom-free.
Firstly, I have attempted to detox some by freeing up my colon, which some say, namely Dr. Bernard Jensen, who wrote the book, Dr. Jensen's Guide to Better Bowel Care, A Complete Program for Tissue Cleansing Through Bowel Management (what a mouthful!), is the key to nearly everything. In his book, he shows photos of skin problems, before and after bowel cleansing. The results are amazing. Anyway, I have not followed his regimen completely, its very detailed, but I did order a "bibkit" which is essentially a way to give yourself a 5 gallon "colenema" at home. I usually use coffee water, and every time I do it I can hear and smell better immediately. You can look at the bibkit site at bibkit.com. You can also order Dr Jenson's book and a lot of others from this website.
Another product that has helped me alot in this regard is "Happy Colon" which can be ordered from natrhealth.com.
This is a very wonderful website, and I recommend reading the "Memo from God" even if you don't order anything. I recently started back on "happy colon" and am already seeing results. I also just got back on a product that cleared my ears fungus in the past, which I also ordered from Natr (Natural tree resin!) No I'm not talking aboutthe PAV, which is very good, but rather the "Coral Calcium" that they also sell. It comes in little tea bags that you put in water. They say it raises the ph of the water, which I'm realizing is a VERY IMPORTANT thing, pH!!! I only started reusing it yesterday, so I don't see any clearing of my ears YET.
Another product that I'm really sold on is "Vitamin O." According to the lable, it is "designed to be an additional source of stablized oxygen molecules. You can order it from www.rgarden.com. They have a special this month, 2 for the price of one on Vitamin O, so I stocked up. This product is also helping to open up my sinuses and improves my hearing. It is a liquid, and I feel the results immediately, although better results come over time.
While I'm at it, I cant fail to mention another bowel cleansing product that can be ordered from Nature's Medicine at 1-800-408-1525. They call it the World's Best Internal Klenz. It got ALOT of gook, black mucous, out of me the first time I used it.(over months) It adresses the problem of parasites. They also sell alot of homeopathic remedies, and a wonderful water filter.
Last, but hardly the least, is a fairly new product called Microhydrin. According to the literature, One capsule of Microhydrin is as poweful as 10,000 glasses of organic fresh squeezed orange juice. It is "Hunza water" in a capsule. I ordered mine from Synergstic Health Concepts at 1-800-594-4148. They are very helpful, and send you a small amount of pH paper with your order. This product also increases you pH!!! You can also order it from natrhealth.com, as mentioned above.
So that's about it for now folks. I would be interested in any input about pH....stuff they just brushed it by me in school, and failed to stress its importance. When I test my pH without the Microhydrin, it's around 6 or less. They tell me it should be 7.2 to 7.4.
Before I get off, I would also like to recommend a book called _Moon Time, by Johanna Paungger and Thomas Poppe, an Austrailian sister and brother, who share their grandfather's knowledge on how the phases of the moon affect different parts of our bodies, and much more rich and down to earth information.
I hope this information will be helpful to you folks on Dr. Stoll's bulliten board. Thankyou, Dr. Stoll, for your time and dedication to getting the word out about the many flaws of conventional medicine, though I can't knock em too bad, cause they DID save my life. And by the way, I do have a dr's appointment lined up so I can get referred to have a Barium Enema. (I had an abdominal pregnancy in 92and the placenta attached to my bowel. If it weren't for the radical hysterectomy (and sadly abortion) they gave me, well, I wouldn't be here to rattle off all this info today.) All for now. Suzanne

Hi Suzanne, You were asking about info on pH. Do I have that for you! Get the book called "The pH Miracle" by Dr. Robert Young. I have been doing his program for a few months now and EVERY TIME I check my pH now, it is over 7! If you want info on ordering the products, e-mail me. The main product is his "SuperGreens" and "prime pH drops" that you put in your water. The drops are tasteless and they really work. As far as colon cleaning, I am going to be starting Robert Gray's program as soon as my products get here. I just started taking the coral calcium in a pill form. Mary

Thanks very much for all of your information. Here is something I would like to leave with you that may help you put things into a bigger perspective. Quite simply it's this: Bowel cleansing would not be necessary if we were eating a whole-foods diet with proper preparation of our food. Our systems do not get clogged on whole foods. However, since most of us ate lots of junk as kids, it makes sense to at least do 1 good colon-cleanse. Just know that the results can be maintained with diet alone.

Microhydrin is truely a great product but don't waste your money on vitamin 0. I will post a study later that fully debunks this supplement. Take Care

Darn, I knew that, it just takes so much discipline, I mean I guess I'm hooked on wheat; I eat apples every day, and carrots, and limit my fats, but I guess thats not quite there. I guess its all just habit. Thanks. What I really need to do is buckle down and follow that Liver Cleanse diet that I have burried around here.

Well, the liver cleanse diet may help you in the short-run so by all means, do it. But, in the long run, you will find that all you need to do is to eat a diversified diet that contains animal protein, animal fat, vegetables in many forms (raw, cooked, steamed, juiced, lactofermented), fruits, healthy fats (coconut oil, cream, butter, olive oil, certain nuts {almonds and walnuts are highest in omega-3-fatty acids}), and grains in the form of sprouted grains or cooked grains that have first been soaked. See, preparation and food quality are mostly more important than how much of a particular food you eat. You can eat the healthiest foods known to man, but if you don't absorb the nutrients, you can still suffer from nutrient deficiencies. Sound like you are on the right track though. One last thing---saturated fats actually protect the liver so make sure you don't go too low in fat. Fats help to digest protein and contain vitamins A and D which can only be obtained from animal foods. Eating a high-protein/low-fat diet will cause mineral deficiencies (especially calcium), and deficiencies of vitamin A and D as well. I hope that helps you

Thanks, HY, I already do a lot of that stuff, when I'm on a healthy roll. I eat rice alot, and millet, went thru a course in Macrobiotics, went off of meat for a while, but I just like the darn stuff. So I usually don't buy it at the grocery store, but I never turn it down when my friends cook steak or whatever. What about cheese, it is as big an offender as everyone says...I've gone off of it a long time, but lately I've been buying a little. What about eggs, they're ok too? Then I'm a fool for taco bell chalupas...hardly ever drink soda anymore, but what about beer, ha ha. Thanks again, Suzanne

Certain cheese are healthy. Raw cheeses can be found in most healthfood stores. These would be the most idea. I grate them and use them in salads or with meat dishes. I don't use the sticky cheeses that most people use. These contain a lot of casein which many people are allergic to. Goat cheese is the best because it doesn't contain any casein.

Eggs, from DHA-fed hens, are extremely healthy and should be consumed regularly. The egg yolks can be consumed raw in protein drinks or vegetbale juice but the whites must be cooked. The egg is very under-rated as a health food.

I don't know about the beer :-) Maybe homemade beer from time to time
