Hi Folks: Always remember to "Boost Your Nutritional Intake" of Vitamin/Mineral supplements while participating in any Colon Cleansing (CC) Program. This is very important. CC does indeed chase the Bad Guys (Toxic Waste/Bacteria) out of your body - but it also chases out some Good Guys (Vitamins/Minerals/Friendly Bacteria) in the process. NOTE: Don't replace Friendly Bacteria(Probotics) at this point in the program - it's just a waste of money).
WATER:
Without consuming enough water everyday (6 to 10 glass) to hydrate your body and to move the Cleansing Product/Psyllium Husk through the Intestional Tract - you are defeating the purpose of the Cleansing Program and are doing more damage than good. For me personally, all I drink is just water (Distilled Water with Mineral drops added) - no coffee, soda, tea or milk, and have done so for the past three years (Tyler Mountain delivers 36 gallons every four weeks to my home). I carry a bottle of my distilled water with me everywhere I go. Just one drink of water from the public water systems can put Parasites, etc. into your Intestional Tract/Colon. Thrust me on this one Guys - I have had my local water tested! Be sure to add Mineral Drops - since Distilled Water alone can possibly (depending on your body's current reserve) deplete needed Vitamins/Minerals out of your body. COLONICS (HYDROTHERAPY) / ENEMAS:
I have personally had four Colonics performed and my experience has been both Good and Bad. In case someone out there is not aware of the process - An enema type apparatus is inserted into Mr. Anus that allows water to enter in thru one canal and waste to exit out another canal. My first three Colonics were completed with little or no problem except for some cramping before the big release occured. However, the fourth (and my last) turned out to be a different story. Keep in mind that I was taking a product called CHOMPER to order: 1-800-690-9255 $30. This product was intended to break free the rubbery build-up of Toxic Waste/Parasites that can be accumulated in the Colon since childhood. At the present time - my thought on this statement was - Sure it Will! While undergoing my fourth Colonichowever, and after I had already had two previous releases - the rubbery build-up inside my Colon broke free and then "plugged-up" the exit hose. This caused me severe "PAIN" and then excrement squirted out around the apparatus with a pressure that you would not believe. Excrement sprayed on the lady (yes it had to be a lady of course) performing the Colonic and ran down my back and onto the floor (and then my poor Excrement rolled out of the door - flashback on a song - sorry!) and needless to say this was one of the most embarrassing moments in my life. I'm sure that this kind of incident doesn't happen to everyone, but I wanted you Guys to know that it is a possibility! After the clean-up (just as embarrasing) I went to the toilet and to my surprize - all of that greenish/rubbery toxic waste that had lined my colon walls, came out into the toilet.
So, you might ask me? - Does a Colonic work - My answer to you would be "CRAP" yet it works! Would I have another Colonic by a Professional? - Not in This Life Time. Instead, I would suggest to you Guys to use the Corrective-A because it really works better than a Colonic - It detoxes/cleanses starting at your Mouth all the way down through your Colon and out - and best of all - "You are in Control" of the process.
ENEMAS:
If you feel that you need a Colonic - Then do it yourself (like I do). Don't hang the Enema Bag higher than a door knob (too much pressure) and first lay on your left side - fill and release - then lay on your back - fill and release - then lay on your right side - fill and release. Now wouldn't that be better and more private and save you possible embarrassment - and also $75? I think so! You can do a home colonic once or twice a week for two or three weeks in a row. There is a CC product that I have yet to try (I will next month) that is supposed to have really good results - Let me know if any of you Guys have used it -Coloklysis Fiber and Coloklysis Daily - to order Ph.: 1-800-765-6775.

Hi again. Is that the same CHOMPER from "Arise and Shine"? If so, did you do the whole program including their pysllium, bentonite, fasting, and flora? How did you find the chomper worked?
I am going to order what is called "The WIT Kit" from Advanced Health Solutions (760-943-7376). This was invented by a colon therapist named David Webster. He practices in california so there is no way I can get out there. Anyway, he created his technique to be used at home and it's purpose is to obviously clean the colon but I believe it includes Prolflora whey and a special strain of Lactobacillius to implant in order to reacidify the colon then recolonize it lactobacillius. Personally, I am about 85% recovered from the digestive ailments and arthralgia that I suffered. I believe this is the missing link for me because a recent stool test showed that my colon pH was still a little on the alkaline side. Everything else was within the normal range. Some of it was low-normal but still normal. I think re-acidifying the colon may bring these levels into the high normal range and allow for a full recovery. Anyway, I thought I would leave that info for you since I know you like to experiement with different means of cleansing the colon. Take care.

Hi Rich - Good to hear from you. The Wit Kit sounds good to me - I'll try it - "Thanks" for thanking about me! Glad to hear that your 85% OK in the digestive Tract. I'm like you Sir. - the body's PH is very important and must be kept in balance. I only took the CHOMPER - I wasn't into Pysillum yet and yes it was from Arise and Shine. I feel that the product is good and would recommend it to all that want to get the toxic rubbery stuff out of their Colon. Believe it or not Rich - I'm still in the process of detoxing all my major Organs - when you have RA and Candida - everything I take to detox - makes my RA flear-up - therefore I have to detox a little at a time. I have only been supplementing - once in a while with Flora. When I feel that I have completed the detox - Then I'll get more agressive with the Flora. Take care my friend!

Are you taking the chomper on an empty stomach? I still have 3 bottles here. I was considering adding it to my detox regimen. I left it out because I wasn't going to complete the whole program and fast for 7 days so I am only taking the pysllium and bentonite right now.

Your colonic experience was truly entertaining, very FUN to read!! LOL!! Anyway, I always thought a colonic was an enema, I thought they were the same thing. Now I can't picture how a colonic works, you have an entry and an exit "canal" both? I can't picture it, is it two separate tubes? This does a more thorough job than just a plain enema??

I'm having a hard time reconciling the idea of whole foods and natural medicine with shoving a plastic tube up Mr. Anus and taking Chomper.
Can anyone enlighten me as to how human kind survived so many millenia before the invention of colon hoses?

this is very simple. Human beings were never subjected to the amount of toxins we take in on a daily basis. Plus, we have access to foods that we never before ate. As a result, our bodies are overloaded with toxins and are unable to fully detoxify all of them. In the past 100 years alone, human beings have been subjected to something like 200-400 new toxins. That's a lot.

A colonic irrigation cleanses the entire colon whereas an enema can only reach the first 8-12 inches of the colon. The tube that goes in is actually somewhat of a double tube. It all depends on which one the colon therapist has open and which one she/he has closed. This decides weather water comes in or flows out. Dirty water goes through one hose and clean water flows through another hose. They never get mixed up. This keeps your colonic sanitary. Most colon therapists don't know to re-acidify your colon after cleaning it out. This is accomplished with whey. Then, the lactobacillius can be implanted. Just a note for ya!
