found a source of barley diastatic malt powder, but Beth's book says use only wheat - my living situation is such that I can't do the homegrown on a screen variety that Walt suggested - any other sources/suggestions out there?

Hi, dfs.

ANY kind of diastatic malt works fine. Barley would work even better if the person was hypersentsitive to wheat.

Where is this available from?
