I found an old tidbit in the archives about how you experimented with spices for your brown rice/w veggies mix. What did you finally settle on as your favorite combinations? The THPOWF doesn't list many rice recipes. I actually like to eat the brown rice with nothing but salt but I'm interested in trying something different too.

I use sesame seeds and Bragg's Liquid Amino's on my brown rice. It's addictive! I also like Liquid Amino's and ginger powder.

I like to add finely chopped carrots, celery, and onions, with just a little powdered thyme. Sometimes thyme and marjoram. Think I'll go have some :)
Nutmeg

Hi, Jebediah.
This is a matter of personal taste (no pun intended).
Listen to this, Nutmeg, and Gramma II.
MY personal favorite, although I vary it for variety,is a little salt, cayenne pepper (careful not to use too much), basil and parsley.
Good eating,
Walt
