Over the last 2 weeks, I have had an amazing increase in my appitite. I have been snacking a lot, and even when I do eat a real meal, I still want a snack afterwards!
I am not pregnant and have not worked out in a few weeks, but I am really curious as to what could have caused this increase.

Hi, AMA.
This is a common message from your bodymind that you have finally exhausted enough of your micronutrients to put your health at risk.
In the meantime, you might save yourself by starting a good "whole foods concentrate". Some brands are Nutralite, ViSan and Standard Process.
