...mine is packed (we're about to move) and I can't remember the name of the company I ordered it from! If you don't come up with anything, ask me again (post) in about a week and I should have it by then.

Hi, dfs.

Years ago, before I knew that Walnut Acres had it, I learned to make my own.

Take organic wheat berries (Those into wheat grass juice would know best how to sprout it although it is simple.) and sprout them till the sprouts are a little longer than the berry itself. Then spread them out in the sun on screen, one layer thick. I used a washed screen from a window.

When they are perfectly dry, put them in a jar and when you are aready to use them, powder them with a blender. Voila!

They will store unblended for months (sometimes years) and for at least weeks blended.
