Interesting list you got there. I think if people can avoid most of these foods (or non-foods, or sub-foods), their health will be dramatically improved. That is, all except two items on your list. One is honey. As one of the best things life can offer, organic, raw, unprocessed honey can be a bliss. The trick, of course, is to use it in moderation--and this is true with just about EVERYTHING in life! Even with moderation!! Hence, the other item--chocolate--allows us to be sinful once in a while. If you eat only good-quality chocolate in small quantity only occasionally--say, no more than once or twice a month, it heals rather than kills, I think.
Whole Foods Market carries some types of semi-sweet and bitter-sweet chocolate that come in bulk blocks and they are like heaven.
About fruits and nuts not from our temprate zone: again moderation is the key. It also depends on which body type you have. Tropical fruits are very cooling therefore would cause deficiency in weak people. In this case, strong, robust bodies benefit more from these cooling fruits. But as a general rule, anything that's grown near where we live nourishes us best.

I live in Minnesota. There are very few fruits and nuts that grow here. Why is it bad to eat them if they are not from your area?

What happens when you move to a new area? should you import foods from where you used
to live or acclimate to the food in the new area?
I was going to question the Honey also, but I'm not so sure about chocolate, even high
quality chocolate. The problem [I see] is in getting high quality food in the first
place, devoid chemicals, pesticides, processing, etc.
I use a neutralizing ring to "clean" the food which makes "bad" food if not safe
to eat, then at least "harmless" but I would much rather have nutritious food to begin
with.

I think it has to do with Macrobiotics and Yang & Yin.

When you move to a new area, aclimate to the food in that area just like your body aclimates to the new environment. Wherever we are, use the local food is best for our health.
I agree with you about making sure to have nutritious foods to begin with. Forget about the "ring."
Lightwalking,
Gregory
