I've read other opinions on the board but not sure if I've heard yours on whether or not a vegetarian can be healthy and vigorous in the long run. Many people today think that everyone (not just certain blood types) should be on a paleo diet (meat, fruit, vegetables) Also, if someone does the coaching with you over the phone can you order tests that you think would be needed? Thank you.

Re: to Dr. Stoll (Archive in diet.) How to figure out which diet to do?

Hi, Curious.

There is NO one diet that fits all.

So far, trial and error is the only thing that works (Use your internal laboratory--how does it make you feel?)

No one, yet, can order such tests since they do not yet exist. SO, a health coaching would not help this.

Let us know what you learn.

Walt
