HELP -- Need Archived Afrin Remedy for Inner Ear Infection!!

Thank you to all who responded to my 12/21/05 post regarding flying with an inner ear infection. I made it there and back with some discomfort. The dizziness has subsided some, but not gone completely. It has been 3 weeks now.

I am trying to locate Dr. Stoll's remedy in which you spray Afrin in your nose a certain way to open middle ear blockages...cannot seem to locate this in the archives.

Does anyone have a copy? Thanks again!
