Do they pop only when you open and close your jaw? Have you been evaluated for TMJ?

Hi, Candi.
Listen to kmd (Thanks, kmd!)
The only other cause this can be is allergy causing swelling in your eustacian tubes. For this, your best % bet would be to totally eliminate dairy products for a couple of weeks to see if it will stop. 90% of people with eustacian tube swelling is due to dairy. The next most common cause is wheat and you would eliminate that by the same process.
Remember that only 100% elimination will tell you if this is the cause.
