The buzzing (cricket sound) in my ears started over a year ago. I film documents on a large camera in a confined area The camera is noisy but the noise level is under the OSHA limit. Could 2-3 years of working in this noise cause this buzzing and could the buzzing get louder (it seems to be doing this). Thank you.

Hi, Sunny.
The history of the government is that it constantly is forced to continue lowering the OSHA limits on everything.
Depending on YOUR genetic susceptibility to this damage, OF COURSE it could be a factor.
The question, now, is what to do about saving what you have left and how to stop the tinnitus you already have.
