Constant ear popping

I caught the flu New Years 2000. A week after recovering I had about 10 days of dizziness. For 2 years my ears constantly pop. I saw an ear specialist last summer after having dizzy spells and having troubles sleeping, she mentioned allowing my ears to develop more wax would help ( my ears were too clean). A couple weeks ago, I swung on a swing set, which caused dizziness. My syptoms never completly go away. I would like to start swimming again, but I am afraid the water will cause more problems. Does anyone have a similar situation? When I did swim the summer of 2000, the water caused more ear pressure and discomfort similar to when I sometimes accidentally allow water to enter my ears during a shower. Thank you for any feedback.

Thanks, Berny!

Your doc is a "card"! Your ears were too "clean"? What a joke. You gave me my first belly laugh of the day.

You really need to see someone competent. IF this is recurrent or chronic blockage of your eustacean tube (likely) then total elimination of dairy for a month or so is the first thing for you to try. Let us know what happens.

Since the allopaths insist upon having a monopoly, at the very least they should be required to practice competently! Not enough wax, indeed.........

Walt
