ebv in kids

My daughter, now nearly 7 years old, has an ebv count of 20, and last year had a similar count - and she is TIRED. The doctor says that there is nothing to do about it. She goes to sleep usually before 8 PM, and gets up between 6:30 and 7 AM. Her eating habits fluctuates; when whe is very hungry, she'll eat a lot, when not, she will eat almost nothing - seems to follow her bodies needs.

Anything to do proactively, or other advise?

This is a TOTALLY unnecessary condition!

What have you learned from the EBV archives.

Wellness is her only solution and you need to get the book by Beth Loiselle and book "Meditating with Children" by Rozman BEFORE you get her started.

Let us know what you learn before you start any of this. Unless you get almost immediate results you will have rebellion to cope with as well.
