Dear Dr Stoll:
Recently i have been going out with a girl who had mono about a year and a half ago. Can I still get infected even though she does not present symptoms anymore?
Would i be infected if I just kissed her once?

Hi, Charles.
Kiss,kiss away.
Mono is no longer communicable within a month following the disappearance of the last symptoms. You can look it up!

i had mono 1 year ago and I was wondering if that could lead into things like asthma, lupus, etc?

Hi, desiree`.
NOT directly. However, the same thing that allows one to GET mono (lowered immunity and increased stress-effect storage) DOES put one in a catagory where they are much more likely to get stuff like you mentioned.
The idea is to learn enough about what your bodymind is trying to tell you with the mono that you will take heed and concentrate on learning about wellness. THEN, you will be LESS likely to get stuff like this than the average, run of the mill, people. If you ignore the message-------
