Hello iīm christian and i have EBV. I had mononucleosis many years ago. The 3 years ago i had many intestinals complications, and among all the test the EBV was positive. with a title of 1/216. The doctor did not pay attention. But since 2000 iīve been feeling very tired and with muscle aches and joint asches. This is not very strong and not all the time. Itīs hard for me to sleep although once i do it i donīt wake up in ther middle of the night.
do i have to worry?
thanks

i have lerned a lot about EBV, i only thought it was related with mononucloesis. i did not know about the rest of the problems it may cause. Doing a research on internet i have found this page very interesting.
But i still don{t know if i have to warry. Can this get worse??

Hi, Christian.
Since conventional madicine has nothing to offer for this condition but to say: "OK, you have it, now go home and live with it" who cares?
Since the symptoms can reliably be vanquished by practicing serious wellness for 6-12 months, why not just get rid of them?

Iīve been doing some aerobics-local gym for a month now. Does it help, because i feel very much tired than before, and of course muy muscles and joints aches mor than ever. But i heard somewhere that it was good after a long period, is it true?

Yep, Christian but it will take about 6 weeks.
You will get faster results if you do the 3LS at the same time.
Let us know how you do.

what to do, but you are not listening. Exercise is only one leg of the 3 legged stool (3LS).

Hi, Christian.
The 3LS (3 legged stool of wellness) includes areobics, whole foods diet and SR [skilled relaxation]. See the home page about "How to be Healthy", the glossary and the wellness archives.
