I am a little curious about the term "relapse"...I had mono over a month and a half ago (don't know when I overcame it, or if I've overcome it at all). I know I had felt much better; however, I have been quite run down lately and I feel like the symptoms are recurring. I have heard you can relapse w/in a month, but then I have heard you can have a relapse even as long as a year after. I just got a new job and I love it...I can't afford to be ill again. Would you give me your advice on building up my immune system (if possible), a complete regimen! Also, is it possible for me to relapse? And if my boyfriend is extremely healthy and active, takes vitamins and supplements...what is the likelihood of him getting it?

Hi there,
I know Dr. Stoll will instruct you to learn from your search es on this site. I did this last year for my daughter and she was dancing in less than two weeks. She has had no relapses since. She is a professional dancer and can now afford her own Ester C! Thanks Dr. Stoll.

Hi, Jaye.
Your boyfriend will not get this from you.
Go to the homepage and see the article about "How to be Healthy".
Then as you DO get healthy, write again to us about your experiences.
