This diet has very powerful withdrawl symptoms for me. I awoke day 2 with severy anxeity and had several small panic attacks. The whole day was a blur and I was confused and forgot a lot of what happened to me. I hope it passes soon.
On a better note I took 45,000 mg of Ester C and kicked mono out in three to four days max. My spleen pain went away and glands are normal, fatigue gone. I also noticed that once I was cured my tolerance for Ester C dropped down to a small fraction of what I was taking and still caused bowels problems.

Thanks so much for sharing this testimonial. Your experience with the ester C is about average for the course. Now that you know this, personally, perhaps you will ask the question that needs to be asked: "WHY DID NOT MY DOCTORS TELL ME THIS?"
