Bob,

What the meridian points are, are in some sense what you are going to use them for.

If you intend to use them for EFT then you should contact "Sensual" as she seems to know quite a bit about this.

You may also wish to take a look at these links:

EFT Overview & Introduction, EFT for Relationships, and Meridian Points Used In TFT.

There are other more subtle uses of the meridians which are like mile markers along
the body's energy pathways. The range of diagnosis is fairly long-reaching,
from Depression "Cure" to Professional Mind Body Healing.

This should start you on your journey. Please let the rest of the board know what you find out.

Lightwalking,
Gregory

An acupuncturist recommended a great book to me called "The Handbook of Chinese Massage - Tui Na Techniques to Awaken Body and Mind," by Maria Mercati. It is very user friendly, easy to follow and explains the most important points, meridians, etc. in a simple, clear manner with instructions on how to work on others or treat yourself.

This book is helping me resolve a 20-year insomnia problem that nothing else would help. I initially worked specific points, then just focused on getting the energy to flow in each of the 12 meridians and am sleeping much better.

The nice thing about acupressure is you can do it yourself whenever you need it. After you pay for the book, it doesn't cost anything.

Good luck!

Thanks! Where do I find the book? My chiro is doing the points on me that are showing high levels after she did the test on me. I have to do the points at home for 2 weeks after the first visit. Go back friday to see if they have improved.
