Centerpointe 6-Pack (for Walt

I am noticing a new phenomena in my Centerpointe meditation. After completion,
my abs are redefined. At first I thought it was bracing of some sort, but by the very nature
of what I was doing, and the very relaxed state I was in just after the meditation, this
did not seem to be so.This particular observation coincided with the energy
mis-management incident, so there may be some corelation there, especially as I have dropped
some weight too. As a matter of fact my cravings for certain foods has been quite specific
of late. Fresh fruit, notably strawbwrries, cherries, watermelon, and tomatoes of all kinds,
salad greens, and raw meat. The recent craving for onions. Except for the meat and salad greens,
everything else is high in sugar. To that end everything is treated with a neutralization ring
and usually go through an overnight
spell in foodtainers. The fridge has an refrigerator egg on board
for everything else not hanging out in a
foodtainer.
This is now SOP here, to neutralize the sugar problems that I and my mother
have. One *VERY*interesting side effect of energy treatment has been the regrowth
of our nails. This is a big deal for me. I haven't had nails since I wa like 5 years old.
These are noticable and very resistant to breaking. I continue to get partial regrownth
and regeneration all body of all old wounds.
So Walt, what do you make
of the craving for onions?
