I know you'll appreciate this piece Walt, but then so will Thessa, Jan S. Barb (both of them), PeterB., labrat, and probably R., so I didn't put in the subject line "only."

I especially like the "Doctor, Doctor" stuff.

I agree this works. Unfortunately most people are not "healthy enough" to take advantage of it. This is why I have not focussed on it and try to use the simple "3 legged stool" which will get them to the point where they have options like this!
